This was a tough decision, but unfortunately,
we have decided to NOT do deer this year 2020.

At this time, we do not have a space to store deer.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.

We will continue to take boneless trim to grind or to make sausage.

The Butcher Shop will be closed November 14-15
and resume normal business hours on Monday, Nov 16.

 Wild Game & Deer Processing

 The deer you drop off is the deer you get back.
No mixing with others!

The Butcher Shop processes wild game. If you have any questions about what type of game we process or questions about our policies  please call The Butcher Shop before bringing in your game. The Butcher Shop adheres to Missouri state law, as well as state laws where  the game may have been harvested. We will not take game that has not been in strict accordance with said laws.

We process or have processed deer (More than 7 tons of deer in 2015!), ostrich, bison, duck, wild turkey, and elk.  We do it all!  Please call us and let us know what you have in mind.  We look forward to making your wild game delicious for you.

Options?  We have options!  We can create the following types of cuts or products from your meat:

  • 20 Different Kinds of Sausage including
  • Breakfast
  • Snack Sticks
  • Jalapeno & Cheese
  • Bratwurst
  • Cajun
  • Andouille
  • Or A Specialty Blend Sausage Specific to Your Request

We can create a custom set of meats from your kill. Please remember that we have a 16lb minimum.  We add pork by default to all wild game sausage to add fat to keep the sausage moist.  We can use other meats by request.  Please do not hesitate to ask.
